How it Works

Step 1: Complete Your Introductory Questionnaire

After enrolling, you will complete a detailed questionnaire covering your academic history, clinical exposure, research, service, leadership, MCAT status, application timeline, and career goals.

Step 2: Get Matched With an MD Mentor

ACT will match you with a physician mentor based on your goals, current stage, mentorship needs, and mentor availability.

Step 3: Receive Your Tailored Mentorship Plan

Your mentor will use your questionnaire and initial assessment to create a customized mentorship roadmap.

Step 4: Attend Regular Virtual Check-Ins
